He revisado los drivers y al parecer el driver "Wacom device" ha estado dando error Código 10 y coincide cuando el táctil deja de intenté casi de todo, desde desinstalar y reinstalar el mismo hasta crear un respaldo de una laptop gemela y restaurarlo en la mía.
